Depending on the shipping destination, you may have the option to opt-out of pre-paying the tax and duties for your order. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for any charges at customs.

Returns or Exchanges

We are happy to offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging.

Cellar Door will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number.

If you are an extra-UE customer please mark as ‘Returned Items’ on both your parcels and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes, any extra fee will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number.
 You understand and agree that Vetta Srl shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide.
 All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.

Shipping methods


All orders are shipped with the best local express courier.
 All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time. All packages are fully insured for your security.
 Express courier does not deliver on weekends or local holidays. Information for customers  (Rest of the world): 
Please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us.

Cancellations and changes

If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order. 
Always type ‘CANCELLATION’ or ‘ORDER CHANGE’ along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.
If an order is cancelled after it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 EURO.

International Customers

Buyers must pay all applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. Multiple item order
